1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using play1club.com (the “Site”), or by booking a tee time or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. About Our Services
1Club Park Golf operates a park golf course and Hef’s Hideaway container bar located at 414 County Road 517, Vernon Township, NJ 07462, on the Great Gorge property. Course availability, hours, pricing, and offerings are subject to change without notice.
3. Bookings & Pricing
- Advance tee times are booked through our online booking system (Chronogolf); same-day bookings are phone-only.
- Current published rates are $20 for adults (18+); children under 5 play free. Rates include equipment rental (club, ball, and tee). [Confirm: any age brackets between under-5 and adult, e.g. youth pricing?]

4. Alcohol Service
Hef’s Hideaway container bar, located on the course, serves alcoholic beverages. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol, and we reserve the right to request valid identification.
5. Course Rules & Assumption of Risk
Park golf involves inherent risks, including but not limited to being struck by balls or clubs and uneven terrain. By playing at 1Club, you agree to follow all posted course rules and staff instructions, and you assume the ordinary risks associated with the activity.

- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content from the Site
- Post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content through any interactive feature of the Site (e.g., contact forms, partner inquiries)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 1Club Park Golf and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
